Our Training

Activities include (but not limited to) the following:

These acitivities should help you take your training regimen to the next level.

We remove the confusion and complexity behind what healthy movement activity entails with a well-structured 26-week program of activities. We meet with the children 90 minutes a day, 4 days a week from February to July. We teach the children the importance of mentally and physically preparing for fitness activities. We especially emphasize the importance of proper nutrition when fueling the body for general fitness needs and competitive physical activities.

Phase 1 - General Preparation Phase (GPP)

Lasts 5 weeks, with a test at the begin and ending of the phase. The objecive of this phase is to prepare the children to be able to successfully execute specific drills and accomplish basic fitness goals.

Phase 2 - Special Preparation Phase (SPP)

Lasts 16 weeks, the objective of this phase is to categorize the children into the specific activities we feel they will have the most success and give them specialized training to reach their goals.
